More together – also with pets!

Sometimes it doesn't feel right to your four-legged family member alone in the car while you go to the shopping center. Matkus welcome your furry animals, too. Your pet can come to any common corridor in the shopping center.

Lockers

Matkus offers 60 free lockers to its customers. Half of these are near the D-entrance, next to XXL, and the other half at the B-entrance, near IKEA, by the escalators. There are two sizes of lockers. You can lock and unlock the door with a four-digit code of your choice.

Toilets

Customer toilets are found on Floors 1 and 2. Both floors have both men's and women's toilets and accessible toilets. All toilets have diaper changing facilities. Both men's and women's toilets also have one larger toilet cubicle, with toilets for both a child and an adult. IKEA also has its own customer toilets.

For childcare, we recommend the Family Room or floor 2, as it has more space and supplies for child care. Read more about the Family room.

Pet parking

Pet parking has four covered lockers where you can safely leave your dog to wait. Right next to it, there's a short path where your dog can go if they need to ‘go' – but please keep your dog on a leash. Read more about the pet parking and pets inside Matkus.

Bicycle parking

A bike rack, enabling you to lock your bike by the frame, is available outside every entrance. Behind the shopping center, next to the bus stop, we also provide a covered bike rack, where you can also lock your bike by the frame.

Prams

You can borrow a pram at Matkus. They are available at both ends of the shopping center near the entrances. The prams have €0.50/€1 coin deposits.

Wheelchair borrowing

Matkus has four wheelchairs for customer use. The wheelchairs can be found on the first floor at door A of the shopping centre (right next to the entrance to the IKEA store). You can borrow a wheelchair by asking for a key at the children play area Småland or IKEA customer service point.

Clothes collection for Matkus shops

Many Matkus shops accept used and broken clothes, home textiles and sports equipment. See the list of shops below and check the instructions and principles on the shops' own websites.
